Am I alone, or does it seem like an explosion of cancer in the general population over the past few years?  Especially many of the rarer ones,   such as pancreatic cancer, brain cancers,  and blood cancers (leukemias, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma). Even  more common cancers such as colon and breast cancers have become more aggressive than they were.

Nutritional Analysis is an excellent modality to identify the inflammatory foods, toxins, and nutrient deficiencies that are contributing factors to each person’s case of cancer.  It has given me great insights into the what exactly is happening…

Certain toxins are much higher in our environment and food than before, and they seem to to be triggering or at least contributing to these new cancers.  Glyphosate, the weed killer also known as Roundup, is being sprayed more than ever on many crops, especially corn and wheat.  It seems that it may be in the air quite a bit as well, not just in rural farmlands, but in urban areas as well, as parks and yards are often landscaped using glyphosate.  Glyphosate has multiple negative effects on the body, including carcinogenic ones.

Electromagnetic frequencies are more prolific than ever.  Wifi, cell phone, blue tooth, and smart meter frequencies are everywhere, and very difficult to avoid.  Now many people have Alexa or Google Home, as well as lights, thermostats, baby monitors, and more hooked up to their wi-fi. This means our cells are bathing in these unnatural frequencies 24/7, which can easily lead to DNA damage.

GMO foods are everywhere unfortunately.  These include cooking oils such as canola, corn, and soy oils (also known as “vegetable oil”).  So many snacks have these oils or foods, and most restaurants use these oils.  And now the list of gmo crops are growing – papayas, summer squash, potatoes, and more.  Despite being FDA approved, these foods can cause alot of harm.

These are a few of the toxicities that frequently come up during Nutritional Analysis as priority issues for cancer.  I also check for inflammatory foods – they are not the same for everyone, but common ones are GMO foods, wheat, dairy, spinach, and even fish sometimes (mercury).  And finally I check for mineral and fatty acid deficiencies.  In people with cancer, the most common deficiencies are zinc and iodine. Omega oils are important as well, for cell wall integrity, but some people need more of a flax oil supplement, some a black current seed, and some a fish oil.  Or a rotation of these oils.

I encourage people to come in for testing, Nutritional Analysis can help shed light on the “why” of cancer, and as well as help with improving the overall terrain of the body.  It can greatly help get much more out of conventional modalities with information about toxic exposures, correct nutrition, and a good supplementation plan (if you so choose).
