Many clients in my practice say they have no issues when they cook their own food, but going out to eat causes problems, even when they order healthy meals. One of the main reasons for this is the cooking oils used at restaurants. Most restaurants, even high end ones, use canola, corn, or soy oil to cook. “Vegetable oil” is usually canola or soy or a combination of both. These oils are invariably GMO, that is, made from genetically modified crops. These crops have been genetically mixed with an organism that is an inflammatory toxin to our body. Our digestive system and other organs can have negative reactions. My suggestion is, of course – reduce the amount of times per week you dine out. Also, keep a supplement of Spanish Black Radish on hand, as this potent food can break down GMO toxicity and pull it out of the system. To learn more about GMO’s click here…..
